Heads up on timing

We start reviewing coach applications about 2 months before each event — that’s when divisions are finalized and we know where coaches are needed. Your application is locked in the moment you submit; you’ll get an email the moment there’s a decision. No need to follow up before then.

Coaching background

The 2026-27 USSSA window opens June 1, 2026. Both the background check and SafeSport training must be completed on or after that date to be valid for The Elf Games. You don’t need to do them now — we’ll send a reminder when the window opens. Completion is required to be on the roster or in the dugout.
